About Chris

Chris Hammer is a certified professional coach and licensed psychologist who has coached many high-achieving individuals toward a wide range of personal and professional goals. He also has additional training in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching; and he is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches, and the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta.

Chris’ approach to coaching is augmented by his training in psychology: drawing on the tools and knowledge of the applicable subfields of the discipline (Cognitive, Behavioural, Motivational, Social, and Industrial/Organizational models).

In addition to his coaching services Chris works as a mental health consultant to family physicians, and he has delivered numerous Organizational Health and Training seminars and programs to companies in the Calgary area. He is also a recent graduate of Leadership Calgary: a Community Leadership development program focused on the cultivation of wise and responsible leadership.

When not coaching or spending time with his family, Chris stays busy with his other online and off-line businesses. He is passionate about life-long learning and growth.

Chris Hammer is passionate about helping people develop the energy, clarity, passion, and skill to do what’s needed for themselves and for the world. He is known for being an expert in his field; through his deep knowledge of personal development and his ability to inspire others to be the best they can be. Chris has been described by his clients as sincere, supportive, trustworthy, and reliable. He has developed a reputation for exceptional listening and communication skills, as well as his ability to relate to others and build solid relationships. (360°Reach feedback assessment)
