A Leadership Development Program for High-Potentials, High-Performers, and New Leaders…

Great companies require strong leadership development at all levels. And leadership takes many forms throughout the organization; through both formal and informal roles.

But the one thing that all good leaders have in common, in any capacity, is the ability to relate well with others.


The leadership potential may be evident: strong technical skills and results; good depth of knowledge and learning-agility; solid understanding of the organization’s goals…

But the finer skills of interpersonal management have yet to be developed.

This lack of experience can cause undue stress to the new or aspiring leader; as well as potentially costly disruptions to the team or business unit.

The actions taken by the new leader in the first few months on the job can have a significant impact on his or her failure or success – and research shows that 40% of newly promoted leaders fail within the first 18 months. Research also shows that coaching typically yields an ROI of 5 to 7 times the initial investment; although less than a quarter of all new leaders are afforded the coaching they need to be successful in their roles.

The Program

The leadership coaching program helps high-achieving individuals develop the interpersonal skills and confidence they need to be successful in a leadership role or team environment. We'll begin with a conversation to ascertain whether coaching is the most appropriate vehicle at this time. If we agree that it is, we'll start with various self-assessment tools to identify the skills and behaviours the client wants to develop.

We then collect data about the client’s interpersonal leadership skills through existing documentation, standardized personality and skills assessments, and customized 360-degree feedback interviews with key stakeholders. The assessment data is used to develop personally-meaningful goals that are aligned with the organization’s leadership competencies and business strategy.

We’ll work together three times a month for 3 to 6 months to develop the client’s skills, habits, and behaviours; continually tracking progress as we proceed. At the end of the engagement we'll assess the client’s growth with a final set of 360-degree feedback interview data, from which we'll develop a self-directed plan for continued success.

The Coaching Framework

The coaching framework is a unique hybrid of executive coaching and leadership psychology; governed by both behavioural and developmental coaching and psychology models. I understand what makes a great leader in the workplace; and we'll focus on capacities that align with the strategy, vision, and values of your organization.

Service Guarantee

The fee for this program is $1800. If for some reason at the end of the program all key stakeholders (typically the client, the client’s manager, and/or the HR or LD sponsor) agree that the program was not helpful, your entire fee will be refunded.
