I have delivered many training and development programs, on a wide range of topics, to organizations in the Calgary area. I am currently offering 60-minute workshops on the following topics:

Coaching Skills for Leaders

This hands-on workshop is for anyone who wants to build upon their existing strengths and add another set of skills to their toolkit.

The workshop assumes a broad definition of leadership; in that we are all leaders in some capacity. Anyone who interacts with and/or influences other people will benefit from good coaching skills.

Charting Your Path

This workshop is about finding one’s direction in work and life, and staying focused and passionate along the way.

Specific topics include developing goals in a way that sets you up for success; being the best you can be on your path; and maintaining positivity throughout the journey.

The Psychology of Generational Interaction

This workshop explores the differences and similarities between generations in the workplace today; and offers valuable tips for effective communication. The focus of the workshop is on breaking down barriers through mutual understanding, purposeful collaboration, and meaningful dialogue.

Workteam Relationship and Communication Development

The relationships and communication patterns within a team can either hinder or foster the accomplishment of your business tasks and goals. This interactive, hands-on workshop teaches the critical interpersonal skills required of exceptional work teams.

Each of these presentations is geared toward both management and staff groups. They can be used formally as an add-on to your existing training program, or informally as a “lunch and learn” opportunity.
